How engagements are priced and billed Quoted in writing before work beginsWe do not publish a single rate card, because a manuscript edit, a national research study and a software platform are not comparable units of work. What we do publish is the model: how each type of engagement is priced, what triggers a cost, and when you are billed. Every quote is fixed in writing before work begins.
